Was in town for the weekend for a bachelor party. There are four pictures posted with the review because we went back twice in that single weekend. The guys wanted pizza so we picked the closest spot and oh man did we pick a winner! We ordered a couple pizzas and went to pick them up to eat back at our cabin. When we got back and opened them up, they were still steaming, cheese was melty, crust was crispy and had a nice crunch, everything you want in a pizza! I, myself, ordered a club wrap and it blew me out of my shoes. It was loaded with flavor. The side of cole slaw was probably some of the best cole slaw I've had... and from a pizzeria!? What a surprise! We were so impressed, we went back the next day for more! I can't speak on anyone else's order the second time around (they all enjoyed their food), but I got the cheeseburger deluxe with an extra patty. The burger was very impressive. The meat was cooked to order with thick juicy patties. Fries were okay, a little over cooked but it wouldn't stop me from coming back a third time. There was only one person working, a younger kid... we were a large group and he handled it like a pro. He took our order, we didn't wait very long and he was bringing out all of our food. He knocked it out of the park. That quality of service deserves a raise! Definitely would return.
Great little family-owned gem near Lake Ann. Food is great, staff is friendly and I would not go anywhere else for my pizza or blt sandwhiches. They have a nice salad bar, pizza bar, and ice cream.
Great little diner to stop for pizza. We particularly liked the salad bar and pizza buffet. It's hard to find a salad bar these days. The pizza was steaming fresh while the salad bar had the typical offerings along with a couple cold pasta salads. Our children ordered a pepperoni pizza without sauce and it came out fairly quick and just as ordered... they loved it. Service was excellent the gentleman in charge was incredibly friendly and attentive. Extra points for the cool Pulp Fiction decor.

All 6 of my kids that were with me LOVED the cheesy breadsticks and that's a real accomplishment! Pizza was cheesy and delicious, sauce has great flavor, loved everything about it! Definitely a hidden gem!
Papa Js is my favorite pizza ever! The crust is fluffy and thick, which is the best part. The bread bones are seriously addictive. The potato soup is also famous in my family. The 2nd best part (after the crust haha) is the staff. Most times I go in they ask how I am and how my day is going. They are delightful on the phone and in person. I love you Papa Js Lake Ann and I don't care who knows it
Wonderful little gem located a short drive down the road. Owner is super nice and cares about her customers! Running the place by herself and putting out a great experience. Definitely recommend this little place!
Pretty good pizza and breadsticks. The meatball sub was also good. The staff was very understanding when ordering so my sub wasn't soggy when I got home. Always been helpful and friendly service.
Before the Papa J's Pizza in Lake Ann it was called Berstroums Pizzeria. At the time I was young and didnt know much about it other than they closed down and got replace with Papa Js. The interior is nice somewhat modern. Only sense the last few months has the pizzas been made poorly. They have been under cooked and soggy, b4 then everything on the menu was amazing and still is. They have a lunch buffet with pizza and salad. I am glad this is restaurant is in Lake Ann.
